To: Mark A. Kallam, a single person; Jane Doe, New Spouse of Mark A. Kallam (if any); Kristen R. Kallam, a single person; John Doe, New Spouse of Kristen R. Kallam (if any); John Doe, Tenant; State of Oklahoma, ex rel, Oklahoma Tax Commission.

Notice is hereby given to the above named individual(s) who are claiming an interest in the below described property, that Plaintiff, BOKF, N.A., Formerly Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma, in the above styled case filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, its Motion to Confirm the Sheriff’s Sale held the 19^th day of January, 2013 concerning the following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
