NOTICE IS GIVEN to Daniel Teague; Angela Teague; John Doe, Occupant; Community Action Resources & Development, Inc.; Hillcrest Medical Center, Preston Lakes Association; United States of America ex rel Department of Housing and Urban Development; State of California and /or Lucia M. Rocco that on February 28, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

LOT 103 IN BLOCK 1 OF PRESTON LAKES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF OWASSO, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 8905 N. 150TH E. Avenue, Owasso, OK 74055

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $90,000.00

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-503 wherein Bank of America, NA is Plaintiff and Daniel Teague is/are Defendant (s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $85,783.30 together with interest at 6.875% per annum from January 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $615.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.

The addresses of the Defendant(s), State of California and/or Lucia M. Rocco, and her/his/their unknown successors are unknown to the Plaintiff
