NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dianna R. Stockton, Personal Representative of the Estate of Eleanor M. Gregory, deceased, having filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, her final account of the administration of said estate and Petition for order allowing same, determination of heirs, distribution and for final discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been set by the District Court for Rogers County, on the 19th day of February, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., at the courtroom of said District Court in the courthouse at Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said Eleanor M. Gregory, deceased, determined, said estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
