NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY-PRIVATE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order entered herein on the 27th day of December, 2012, in the matter of the Guardianship of Billie Jo Lewis, an adult incapacitated person, the undersigned, as Co-Guardians of the person and estate of said adult incapacitated person, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder, for cash, subject to confirmation of said District Court, on or after the 14th day of January, 2013, all the right, title and interest that the said Billie Jo Lewis, an adult incapacitated person, has by operation of law or other wise acquired in and to all the certain improved real property situated in the County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, and described as follows, to-wit:
The South 536.75 feet of the North 1158.50 feet of the E/2 of the SE/4 of Section 34, Township 24 North, Range 18 East of the Indian Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, containing 16.25 acres, more or less,
Upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit: Cash upon confirmation of sale. Bids must be in writing and may be left at the office of Taylor, Burrage, Foster, Mallett, Downs, Ramsey & Russell, attorneys for Guardian, or may be delivered to the Guardian, personally, or may be filed in the office of the Judge of the District Court Nowata County, Oklahoma.
