NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT; DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP; FINAL DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
Notice is hereby given that Richard H. Tallant, Personal Representative of the Estate of William R. Tallant, Deceased, has filed in the Court the Petition for distribution of the estate. The hearing of the same has been fixed by the Court for the 7th day of January, 2013, at 8:00 o’clock A.M., at the County Courthouse of Rogers County, and all persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any, why the heirs of William R. Tallant, deceased, should not be fully determined and the estate be distributed.
