Before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge is Plaintiff's Motion to Confirm
Sale (dkt. # 26) and the Court being fully advised finds that said Motion should be set for hearing. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Confirm Sale is set for hearing before the United States Magistrate Judge on the 16th day of January, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., in Magistrate Judge's Courtroom No. 2, in the Page Belcher Federal Courthouse and Post Office Building, 333 West 4th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the time, place and purpose of this hearing
be given by Plaintiff by causing the Order of said hearing to be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing to all parties and/or counsel whose names and addresses are known to Plaintiff or in the exercise of due diligence can be ascertained by Plaintiff, and any of the above listed parties who cannot be notified by mail, are hereby notified by the publication of this Order and Notice in accordance with 12 Okla. Stat. Ann. § 765(A)(1).
