DONN TYLER, natural mother and next friend of SYDNEE PAIGE TEMPLETON, a minor child has filed in the above court a Petition to have her name changed as follows, to-wit: from SYDNEE PAIGE TEMPLETON to SYDNEE PAIGE TYLER; and that the same will be heard by the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the County Court House, located at 213 S. Missouri, Claremore Oklahoma on the 28 day of September, 2010 at 9:30 o’clock a.m.; and that any person may file a written protest in the case prior to the date set for hearing.
