NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

CJ-2008-466

Notice is given that on the 14 day of October, 2010, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Two (2), of WILLIAMSBURG ESTATES, a Subdivision in SECTION THIRTY-ONE (31), TOWNSHIP TWENTY (20) NORTH, RANGE SEVENTEEN (17) EAST of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, state of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;

subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $152,000.00.  Sale will be made pursuant to a Fourth Alias Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma in Case No. CJ-2008-466, entitled Bank of New York, as Trustee, Plaintiff, vs. Stephanie R. Bynum, Michael D. Bynum, John Doe, Jane Doe, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Bann-Cor Mortgage, its successors and assigns, James Burr a/k/a James A. Burr, Sr., being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
