NOTICE FOR HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kathleen Marie Parsons, Personal Representative of the Estate of Lione Ellery Peterson, deceased, having filed in this Court the Personal Representative’s Final Account of Personal Representative, Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs and Distribution of said estate, the hearing of same has been set by the Judge of said Court for the 25th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. in the courtroom of said Court in the Rogers County Courthouse, Oklahoma, before the undersigned Judge of the District Court, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said deceased, determined and estate be distributed.
