NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE AND APPLICATION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEE AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE’S FEE

Notice is hereby given that Kathy Knox, Personal Representative of the Estate of George Kenneth Lewis, deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge and Application for Attorney’s Fee and Guardian’s Fee, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for 9:00 o’clock A.M. on the 11th day of March, 2013, at the Courtroom of said Court in the County Courthouse in Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of George Kenneth Lewis, deceased, determined, said estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
