NOTICE IS GIVEN to Melody G. Velasquez; Spouse, if any of Melody G. Velasquez; Gilbert Velasquez, Jr.; Spouse, if any of Gilbert Velasquez, Jr.; John Doe, Occupant; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Franklin, a division of Nat. City Bank of IN, its successors and assigns; Scarth & Rahmeier that on November 29, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $100,000.00

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-309, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. is Plaintiff and Melody G. Velasquez is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $74,009.75 together with interest at 8.1% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from June 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $225.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
