NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DISTRIBUTION, AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Frances Elaine Shannon, a/k/a Francis Shannon, Deceased, that on the 22nd day of January, 2010, JACKIE L. MARLER, Personal Representative of the Estate of Frances Elaine Shannon, a/k/a Francis Shannon, Deceased, filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, a Petition praying for the allowance of her Final Account, a Decree of Distribution, and Discharge of Personal Representative.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 1st day of March, 2010, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Court Room in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear.
