NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TO PERSONS OR OTHER ENTITIES AND THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHICH SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE FOLLOWING;

Notice is hereby given that on the 9 day of March, 2010, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Courthouse in Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said Rogers County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction, to the highest and best bidder therefore, with appraisement, all that certain real estate which has been duly appraised at $124,000.00, to-wit:

A TRACT OF LAND IN THE W/2 OF THE SE/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE I.B.&M.;, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE N/2 OF THE SW/4 OF THE SE/4 OF SAID SECTION 21; THENCE N 00˚08’15” E, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID W/2 OF THE SE/4, A DISTANCE OF 285.35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 89˚59’12” W, PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID N/2 OF SW/4 OF THE SE/4, A DISTANCE OF 332.00 FEET; THENCE N 00˚08’15”E, PARALLEL TO SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 536.50 FEET; THENCE S 89˚59’12” E, PARALLEL TO SAID SOUTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 332.00 FEET TO A POINT ON SAID EAST LINE; THENCE S 00˚08’15” W, ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 536.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

subject to taxes, tax sales, expenses for preservation of the involved real estate, prior mortgages and liens and redemption rights, if any.

Said sale will be made pursuant to a Special execution and Order of Sale duly issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the above-numbered case wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC, fka GMAC Mortgage Corporation, is Plaintiff and those persons or entities set forth above are Defendants.
