NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Betty Carnes Peaster, deceased, that on the 5th day of March, 2013, there was produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Betty Carnes Peaster, deceased, dated the 10th day of September, 1981, and there was also filed in said Court the Petition of Marilyn Kay Bohlender praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Marilyn Kay Bohlender, the Personal Representative named in the Will, to serve without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, legatees and devisees of the decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 5th day of March, 2013, notice is given that the 1st day of April, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. is the day and time the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri Street, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
