NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ADOPTION AND NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF INTERLOCUTORY DECREE
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: PAUL J. GONZALES, Natural Father
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that James Edward Lytal II, and Cindy Kay Lytal, Husband and Wife, have filed their Petition in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, for the adoption of PAUL JAMES GONZALES, born February 25, 1997, and ERIC ROYCE GONZALES, born February 1, 1999, as to whom you are the natural father.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that said Petitioners have filed their Application to Waive Interlocutory Decree and six month waiting period and grant the Petitioners a Final Decree of Adoption of said children.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that this Court will hear the evidence in support of and in opposition to the granting of said Petition for Adoption and said Application for Waiver of Interlocutory Decree and six month waiting period on the 28th day of November, 2012, at 1:15 p.m. at the Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017, before the undersigned Judge of the District Court.
If you have any cause to show why the Application for Order Waiving Six Month Waiting Period and the Petition for Adoption should not be granted by the Court, you should appear and present the same at the above stated time and place. Failure to appear at the hearing shall constitute a denial of interest in the Minor Children which may result, without further notice of this proceeding or any subsequent proceeding, in the granting of the Application for Waiver of Interlocutory Decree and Six Month Waiting Period and the Petition for Adoption.
