ORDER FOR HEARING ON FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINING HEIRS, AND DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

On this 31st day of January 2013, there having been filed in this Court the report of the acts of SHAIRON M. ALLEN as Personal Representative of the estate of RAYMOND R. ALLEN, and filing of her Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirship, and Distribution and Discharge.

IT IS ORDERED that said Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 11th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in Room V of the Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri Avenue, Claremore, Oklahoma, and that notice thereof be given to each heir, legatee and devisee, as provided by law.
