NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 28 day of February, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The NE/4 of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof. Together with Manufactured Housing: 2000 Oakwood Serial No. HOTX11800784AB;
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $80,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-467, entitled Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Timothy Jolly, Karen Jolly, Chase Manhattan Trusts Company National Association, a Trustee U/A dated as June 1, 2000 and Dickinson Financial LLC, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
