NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Charles Victor Burns, Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles Roy Burns, deceased, having filed in this Court the Personal Representative’s Petition for Distribution of said Estate, the hearing of same has been set by the Judge of said Court for the 19^th day of February, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. in the Courtroom of said Court in the Rogers County Courthouse, Oklahoma, before the undersigned Judge of the District Court, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said estate be distributed.
