NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION

NOTICE is hereby given that Tina Bourbina, personal representative of the Estate of Eunice Virgina Spertzel, deceased, having filed in this court her final account of her acts in the administration of said estate, and her Petition for Distribution of said estate, and for final discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 4th day of February, 2013 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in Courtroom V of the District Court of Rogers County, in the Court Courthouse in the City of Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of Eunice Virginia Spertzel, deceased, determined, said estate distributed according to the terms and conditions of the family settlement agreement, and the personal representative discharged.  Done this 3rd day of January, 2013.
