THIRD ALIAS NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION

THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.

Notice is hereby given that on the 5 day of February, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., located at 201 S. Cherokee Avenue, Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes and superior special assessments, if any, the following described real property, to-wit:

Lot Seven (7), in Block Two (2), of LOOKING GLASS ESTATES, a Subdivision in Section One (1), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fourteen (14) East, Indian Meridian and Section Six (6), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fifteen (15) East, Indian Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof,

And

Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), LOOKING GLASS ESTATES, a Subdivision in Section One (1), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fourteen (14) East and Section Six (6), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.  Property Address: 19020 E. 118th St. N., Collinsville, Oklahoma, 74021

said sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-36, entitled RCB Bank, Plaintiff, vs. Aloma Teasley, Personal Representative, et al, Defendants, to satisfy:

FIRST: The costs of said action accrued and accruing; and

SECOND: The judgment and first lien of the Plaintiff, in the sum of $69,860.53, plus accrued interest thereon as of October 6, 2011 in the amount of $361.13 plus interest thereafter accrued and accruing at the per diem rate of $11.64342; costs of this action in the amount of $479.73 and a reasonable attorney’s fee in the amount of $2,500.00 and for the accruing costs of the action, as more fully set forth in the Judgment.

Persons or other entities having interest in the property, including those whose actual addresses are unknown and persons or other entities who have or may have unknown successors and such unknown successors are hereby notified are:

The property has been duly appraised in the sum of $160,000.00
