NOTICE IS GIVEN to Clifton M. Spicer; Spouse, if any of Clifton M. Spicer; John Doe, Occupant. that on February 7, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit::
LOT THREE (3) IN BLOCK ONE (1) OF REDBUD VILLAGE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CATOOSA, LOCATED IN GOVERNMENT LOT THREE (3) OF SECTION NINETEEN (19), TOWNSHIP TWENTY (20) NORTH, RANGE FIFTEEN (15) EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $150,000.00
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-356, wherein United Security Financial is Plaintiff and Clifton M. Spicer is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $148,305.71 together with interest at 5.25% per annum from November 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $615.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
