NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ORDER APPROVING WAIVER OF FINAL ACCOUNT, FINAL DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, APPROVAL OF FEES AND EXPENSES AND FOR A DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

NOTICE IS HEREBTY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Bobby Darrell Girten, Deceased, that Julie Girten Jones, Personal Representative of said Estate, has filed her Petition for Order Approving Waiver Of Final Account, Final Determination of Heirs, Approval of Fees and expenses and for a Decree of Distribution and Discharge of Personal Representative.  A Hearing has been fixed by the Judge of the Court for the 25th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, Division Two, in the Rogers County Courthouse at 219 South Missouri, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said Estate are then and there required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Petition should not be approved, final accounting waived, the heirs at law of the Decedent finally determined, final fees and expenses determined and paid, the remaining Estate distributed and the Personal Representative granted her Final Discharge; you are hereby referred to the said Petition for further particulars thereof.
