NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINING HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND ISSUING LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Karen Morrison, Deceased, that on the 2nd day of October, 2012, Scott Morrison filed in the District Court of Rogers county, Oklahoma, his Petition, attesting that Karen Morrison died intestate, and praying that Scott Morrison be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters of Administration be issued to Scott Morrison.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 2nd day of October, 2012, notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of October 2012, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, Room V, Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
