NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the State of Oklahoma, ex rel., the Oklahoma Department of Human Services [“the Department”], temporary guardian of the person and estate of Glen Anderson, Respondent [“Respondent”], has presented for confirmation and filed in this Court the Return of Sale of Real and Personal Property of all of the right, title and interest of Respondent to the real and personal property described in the Second Amended Petition for Order Authorizing the Temporary Protective Services Guardian to Sell Real and Personal Property at Private Sale or Public Auction, filed herein on February 15, 2012. The real property is legally described as:
Lot 6 and a part of Lot 7, described as follows: Begin at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 7; thence Southerly on the Easterly line of Dorothy Avenue, 24.35 feet; thence Easterly to a point on East line of Lot 7, which point is 24.35 feet South of the Northeast Corner of Lot 7; thence North on East line of Lot 7, to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 7; thence Westerly on North line of Lot 7 to the point of beginning, all in Block 2, of PATTERSON HEIGHTS ADDITION to the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the Recorded Plat thereof.
Said real property was sold to KAJS, Inc., for the sum of $68,000.00 cash. Reference is made to said Return of Sale of Real and Personal Property for further particulars.
Additionally, personal property, as delineated in the Second Amended Petition for Order Authorizing the Temporary Protective Services Guardian to Sell Real and Personal Property at Private Sale or Public Auction sold for a total cash dollar amount of $8,848.50.
A hearing on said Return of Sale of Real and Personal Property has been set for the 6th day of September, 2012 at 10:00 A.M., Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma before Judge Terrell Crosson, at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there be, why such sales should not be confirmed.
A copy of this Notice shall be published one (1) time in a newspaper in the county in which the real property is located and in the county where the Order was made, and mailed to all interested parties, not less than ten (10) days before the time set for the hearing.
