NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Stanley J. Sanders, a single person, and Robin G. Sanders, a single person
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2009-1016, wherein Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. is Plaintiff, and you, among others, are Defendants and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiff filed against you on or before the 14 day of April, 2010, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you accordingly as prayed for, and any interest you have in said property will be foreclosed, and the Court will be asked to hold that the Plaintiff is the owner of the note and mortgage therein described covering the following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
THAT PART OF THE NORTH 66 FEET OF THE NW/4 OF SW/4 AND THE SOUTH 225.87 FEET OF THE S/2 OF SW/4 OF NW/4 LYING WEST OF WILL ROGERS TURNPIKE OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 125 FEET OF THE WEST 348.48 FEET THEREOF.
Further, judgment is asked against you on cause of action in the amount of $61,377.45 with interest thereon at 5.875% per annum from July 1, 2009, until paid, plus late charges, plus $6,137.74 for attorneys fees, and for abstract expense of $490.00, plus title examination fee, plus advances for taxes and insurance and for court costs and for foreclosure of note and first mortgage on the above described property.
