NOTICE FOR HEARING FINAL DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE, AND FINAL DISCHARGE
NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM M. HALL III and ELIZABETH ANN WEBB, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of WILLIAM M. HALL, Deceased, having filed in this Court their Petition for Final Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Estate and Final Discharge, the hearing of the same, which will include a hearing upon various matters requested therein to be taken into consideration by the Court, having been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 29th day of March, 2010, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in Courtroom V, of the County Courthouse of Rogers County, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are noticed then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed and said estate distributed.
