NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jason Hilbert, Personal Representative of the Estate of Fred Frances Hilbert, Jr., deceased, having filed in this Court the Personal Representative’s Petition for Distribution of said estate, the hearing of same has been set by the Judge of said Court for the 22nd day of October, 2007, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. in the courtroom of said Court in the Rogers County Courthouse, Oklahoma before the undersigned Judge of the District Court, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said estate be distributed.
