ORDINANCE 2012-23
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN BLOCK 124 CLAREMORE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE, CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA AND BEING A PART OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, FROM RS-3 (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT) TO CH (COMMERCIAL HIGH INTENSITY DISTRICT) AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the zoning designation and/or classification of the following described real property located within the City of Claremore, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 124 Claremore Original Townsite, City of Claremore, Rogers County Oklahoma (204 & 206 E. 1st Street)
is hereby changed from RS-3 (Residential Single-Family High Density District) to CH (Commercial High Intensity District).
Section 2. The City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission is hereby directed to amend the zoning map of the City of Claremore to reflect the above.
