NOTICE OF HEARING MOTION TO CONFIRM SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is hereby given to the Defendants in this action and all of the holders of interest of record in the real estate hereinafter described, and all other persons who claim any interest in the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The SE/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof,
A Roadway and Utility easement on the West 30 feet of the E/2 of SE/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, said Easement being that certain Dedication of Easement dated February 15, 2000 executed by Bruce D. Baker and Becky Baker, husband and wife, in favor of Jonathan L. Dougherty and Melodie D. Dougherty, husband and wife, filed of record February 22, 2000 in Book 1215 at Page 54, records of Rogers County, Oklahoma
SUBJECT TO a roadway easement on a strip of land 30 feet wide in a part of the SE/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 the centerline of said 30 foot strip being described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 thence S 89˚23’12” E along the South line thereof a distance of 15.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 00˚04’57” W and parallel with the West line of said SE/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 of SW/4, a distance of 125.06 feet to a point on a curve; thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 115.0 feet and a central angle of 101˚52’13” a distance of 204.47 feet; thence S 78˚12’44” E a distance of 72.71 feet to a point on a curve; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 65.0 feet and a central angle of 111˚06’25” a distance of 126.05 feet; thence N 09˚19’08” W a distance of 30.09 feet to a point on the North line of said SE/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 of SW/4, said point being 33.5 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof, also the point of termination, in Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma.
together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, that the Plaintiff has filed herein a Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale in the above entitled cause. That said Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale will be heard on the 9th day of January, 2013, at 1:30 o’clock P.M. in the courtroom of the Honorable Sheila A. Condren, District Judge, Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma.
You must appear at said time and present any objections to said sale proceedings or the Motion to Confirm Sale will be approved and confirmed.
