ORDER & NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR FINAL DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE OF ADMINISTRATOR/PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

NOW on this 14th day of November, 2012, there having been filed with this Court the Petition of Daniel Raymond Cecil, for an Order Allowing the Final Decree of Distribution, for the Estate of Rex Daniel Cecil, deceased, the Court having examined said Petition and having been fully advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Petition For Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge of Administrator/Personal Representative shall be heard before the undersigned Judge of the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., on the 10th day of December, 2012, at the Rogers county Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Notice of said hearing shall be given personally which shall be by mail, with postage thereon fully prepaid, by the attorney for the said Petitioners, to each of the heirs, at least ten days prior to said hearing date and by two publications, once each week for two consecutive weeks, in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, all as required by law
