TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 18th day of April, 2010, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The N/2 of SW/4 of NE/4 of SE/4 of SW/4 and the N/2 of SE/4 of NW/4 of SE/4 of SW/4 of Section 7, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.
for the sum of $94,191.01, with 7.04% interest per annum thereon from the 1st of May, 2009, until paid; abstract and title expense of $665.00; the further sum of a reasonable attorney's fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
