In the Matter of the Estate of:

FRED ALLEN McQUISTON, Deceased.

Case No. PB-2009-50

ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court form the verified Petition of  Michelle E. Pope, Co-Administrator of the Estate of Fred Allen McQuiston, Deceased, on file herein, that it is to the best interest of the estate to sell the real property, belonging to said estate, and described in said Petition, for the following reasons and purposes:

1. That the property is deteriorating and will continue to deteriorate because it is uninhabited.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by the Court that all persons interested in the Estate of said Fred Allen McQuiston, Deceased, appear before the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in the court room thereof, at 219 S. Missouri, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017, on the 2nd day of July, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an Order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the said Co-Administrator to sell said real property of said deceased at private sale for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as she shall judge to e for the best interest of said estate and of all parties interested therein.

It is the further Order of the court that copies of this Order be mailed to all heirs, with postage thereon prepaid, at their last know addresses; and that a copy of this order to show cause be published once in a public newspaper in Rogers Count, Oklahoma, the first publication of which notice shall not be less than 10(ten) days before the time fixed for said hearing.
