In The Matter of the Estate of PAUL ALLEN JONES, a/k/a PAUL A. JONES, Deceased.

NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PROBATE OF WILL

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of PAUL ALLEN JONES, a/k/a PAUL A. JONES, Deceased, that on the 14th day of February, 2013, JAMES EDWARD VIERHELLER produced and filed in the District Court of ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of PAUL ALLEN JONES a/k/a PAUL A. JONES, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to JAMES EDWARD VIERHELLER, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 14th day of February, 2013, notice is hereby given that the 11th day of March, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will at the District Court room in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, ROGERS COUNTY, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
