NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

CJ-2012-410

Notice is given that on the 28 day of March, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The West 145’ of the North 225’ of the Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter (SW/4 SE/4 SW/4) and the East Ten 10 feet of the North 225 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Southwest quarter (SE/4 SW/4 SW/4) in Section Thirty-six (36), Township Twenty (20) North Range Fourteen (14) Estate of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof;

subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $145,000.00.  Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-410, entitled The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee, Plaintiff, vs. Robin Winnett, Spouse, if any, of Robin Winnett, Travis R. Winnett, Spouse, if any, of Travis R. Winnett, John Doe, Jane Doe, Household Finance Corporation III, Fire Fighters Credit Union, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
