You, the said defendant, will take notice that you have been sued in the above named Court in the above named and numbered cause for negligently causing an automobile accident on July 14, 2010 and you must answer Plaintiff’s petition filed herein on or before March, 24, 2013, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment for said Plaintiff will be rendered against you in the principal amount of $51,647.36, plus court costs and attorney fees.
