NOTICE OF HEARING OF THE FINAL ACCOUNTING, AUTHORIZING FINAL DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Harvey S. Diem Jr., Deceased, that on the 28th day of January, 2013, Ellen Grace filed in said Court a Petition for Final Accounting, Authorizing Final Distribution and Discharge.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 28th day of January, 2013, notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, Probate Division, Rogers County Courthouse, Rogers County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
