THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:

Rocking Chair Oil and Gas Company, Inc. and All Unknown Successors in Interest

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in the above entitled lawsuit wherein you are a Defendant, and in which said action Plaintiff seeks to quiet the title in and to all oil and gas and other minerals lying under the following described real property, to-wit:

The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the West Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 14 East, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma.

You are further notified that you must answer said Petition of the Plaintiff on or before the 21st day of March, 2013, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered for the Plaintiff accordingly, quieting Plaintiff’s title in and to the said real property and excluding you from any right, title, interest, estate, or lien therein, and for other and further relief that the Court may deem just and proper.
