TO: SKYLAR EVANS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed against you in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma in an action entitled James Crane and Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company vs. Skylar Evans; Case No: CS-2012-291, by Plaintiffs, James Crane and Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.  This summons by publication is specifically directed to Skylar Evans, whose whereabouts are unknown.

The nature of this suit against you is an automobile accident you were involved in on April 30, 2010.  Plaintiffs claim damages against you in the amount of $2,123.60.

Unless you answer the petition on or before March 19, 2013, a judgment will be taken in favor of James Crane and Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and against you for $2,123.60.
