BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA
NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Petitioner, GEORGIA A. FLEEGER, Personal Representative of the Estate of John B. Fleeger, Deceased, has filed a Petition with the City Council of the City of Claremore, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, requesting the annexation to said City of the property described herein. Said property is adjacent and contiguous to said City and is described as follows:

Said Petition will be on the agenda of the City Council for its meeting on the 15th day February, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 104 South Muskogee Street, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017 and will be heard by the City Council at that time and place. All persons interested in said matter may attend said meeting and be heard.
