NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
D.C. No. CJ-2009-596
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 19 day of January, 2010, in an action wherein Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., was Plaintiff and Todd A. Voss and Sharon Voss, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 10 OF HARVEST HILL, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING A PART OF THE N/2 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE I.B.&M.;, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF,
to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Todd A. Voss and Sharon Voss, et al., obtained and made in said Court on the 19 day of January, 2010, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $152,889.73, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 6.375% per annum from February 1, 2009, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, plus $465.00 abstract expense and plus title examination fee; he will on the 2 day of March, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Courtroom at the Sheriff’s Office, 201 South Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $175,000.00.
The names of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Todd A. Voss and Sharon Voss, husband and wife; John Doe (s), real name (s) unknown, Tenant (s) of 1706 Walnut Hill Lane, Claremore, namely Dale R. Marlar and Lou Ann Marlar.
