NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE IS GIVEN to James B. Burritt; Yoko Burritt; John Doe, Occupant (2920 Spring Street); John Doe, Occupant (2952 Spring Street) that on March 11, 2010, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK ONE (1), HAMILTON CROSSING, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CATOOSA, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING A PART OF THE NE/4 OF THE SE/4 AND A PART OF THE SE/4 OF THE NE/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $188,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2009-664, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff and James B. Burritt is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $163,529.73 together with interest at 7.05% per annum from March 1, 2009, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $365.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
