PREMIER MORTGAGE, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS

GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued by Plaintiff in the above cause in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma entitled Deutsche Bank Trust company Americas as Trustees, Plaintiff v. Yolanda Miranda and Darrell Blaisdell a/k/a Darrell William Blaisdell, et al., Defendants, and that you must answer the Petition Of said Plaintiff on or before the 13 day of August, 2012, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered for the sums due under the Note and Mortgage which are the subject of said suit in the amount of $150,429.28 with interest, attorney fees and all costs and a Decree ordering foreclosure of said Mortgage, barring our interest in the following described real property:

Lot One (1), Block One (1) HAMILTON CROSSING, an Addition to the City of Catoosa, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, being a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Southeast Quarter (SE/4) and a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 3022 & 3024 Spring St., Catoosa, OK 74015 (the “Property”)
