NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is given that on the 22 day of April, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., in the Courtroom at Rogers County Sheriff’s Office, 201 S. Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 2, CAMBRIDGE PARK, a Subdivision in Section 27, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
Also known as: 15641 E. 85th Pl. North, Owasso, Ok. 74055
said property being duly appraised at $230,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in case No. CJ 2009-816, wherein AVB Bank is Plaintiff and Thomas A. Hurd, et al., are Defendants, to satisfy said judgment of the Plaintiff, in the sum of $49,741.28, with interest at the rate of 8.50% per annum until paid, and $2,000.00 attorney fees; and further to satisfy the judgment of the Cross-Petitioner, in the sum of $143,350.67, plus interest thereon at the rate of 7.665% per annum until paid and an attorney fee of $1,100.00, and the costs of this action.
