STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: W.F. Irwin and Maggie Irwin, if living, and if deceased, the respective known and unknown heirs, executors, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns of such deceased Defendant; the known and unknown heirs, executors, devisees, trustees, successors or assigns of Nellie Walker, Deceased, and the known and unknown heirs, executors, devisees, trustees, successors or assigns of Elcie Evalean Williams, Deceased, and the known and unknown heirs, executors, devisees, trustees, successors or assigns of J.M. Davis, Deceased.
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Plaintiffs on the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs on file in this cause on or before the day of December 26, 2012, or the allegations in the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, quieting title in the Plaintiffs as set forth in said Petition in and to the following described real property:
Lots 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Block 3 of MOORE’S ADDITION to the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
