THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: John M. Denham, Spouse of John M. Denham, if married

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by The Bank of New York Mellon, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before March 25, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A tract of land in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the West line of the E/2 of NE/4, 1319.5 feet West and 600 feet North of Southeast Corner of NE/4 of Section 16; thence North 0˚03’30” West 1134.9 feet; thence South 89˚58’30” East 1033.2 feet to the West right-of-way boundary of U.S. Highway No. 169; thence South 3˚58’14” West on said boundary 1137.76 feet; thence North 89˚58’30” West 953.04 feet to the point of beginning.  Less and Except a strip, piece or parcel of land lying in part of the E1/2 NE1/4 of Section 16,T23N, R15E in Rogers County, Oklahoma.  Said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said E1/2 NE1/4; thence West along the North line of said E1/2 NE1/4 a distance of 204.52 feet to a point where the present West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 169 intersects said North line; thence S 02˚50’27” W along said present West right-of-way line a distance of 903.58 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 02˚50’27” W along said present West right-of-way line a distance of 1,139.10 feet; thence S 88˚46’23” W a distance of 236.30 feet; thence N 02˚42’02” E a distance of 720.63 feet; thence N 14˚05’52” E a distance of 149.42 feet; thence N 02˚42’02” E a distance of 98.42 feet; thence N 06˚58’30” W a distance of 175.69 feet; thence N 88˚43’38” E a distance of 239.11 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING.
