FOLLOWING LISTED ITEMS ON THE AGENDA***
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Kirt Thacker called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m.
ITEM 2: ROLL CALL TO ESTABLISH QUORUM:
Determine that Notice of Meeting and Agenda were properly posted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Chairman Kirt Thacker and Commissioner Mike Helm were present and quorum established and determined that Notice of Meeting and Agenda were properly posted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Commissioner Dan DeLozier was absent.
ITEM 3: AGENDA ITEMS:
1. Board of County Commissioners to attend Bid Opening and Reading Aloud of Sealed bid proposals from Contractors/Suppliers for the Rogers County Courthouse – Jury & Witness Chairs Only, Document #00110 B. J. Fay with Flintco read aloud the bids received from contractors on the Courtroom jury and witness chairs. Bids were received from:
> L & M Office Furniture
> Admiral Express Office Supply
> Scott-Rice
> Fenton Office Mart
> Rust Interiors for Business
Mr. Fay stated they will take the bids under advisement to determine lowest, most qualified bid. Kim Reeve, BLK said if they bid state contract, pricing should be the same except for installation. Commissioner Helm made a motion to table bids until further notice from Flintco, with Chairman Thacker Seconding the motion. Roll Call: Thacker – aye, Helm – aye. Motion Carried
ITEM 4: RECESS OR ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Helm made a motion to adjourn with Chairman Thacker seconding the motion. Roll Call: Thacker – aye, Helm – aye. Motion Carried.
Meeting adjourned @ 2:22 p.m.
