NOTICE OF HEARING CONFIRMATION OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Case No. CJ-2012-476

To: Colt J. Sutton and Kelsey A. Sutton, husband and wife; Cherokee Nation.

Notice is hereby given to the above named individual(s) who are claiming an interest in the below described property, that Plaintiff, BOKF, NA DBA Bank of Oklahoma, in the above styled case filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, its Motion to Confirm the Sheriff’s Sale held the 29 day of January, 2013, concerning the following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

LOT 5 IN BLOCK 2 OF PARK TERRACE, A SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
