In the Matter of the Estate of WESLEY V. MCDORMAN, Deceased.

Case No. PB-2007-6

ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING ON FINAL ACCOUNT

Now on this 16th day of January, 2013, there having been filed in this Court a Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account by J.W. Capshaw, successor Personal Representative of the Estate of Wesley V. McDorman, accounting for his actions and seeking approval of his actions.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Final Account and Petition for Order be, and is hereby, set for hearing before the Court on the 11th day of February, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day in Courtroom V of the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Ok.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by mailing a copy of the notice to all of the known heirs at law, devisees and legatees of the deceased, and by publication in the Claremore Daily Progress, a newspaper published in said County, all according to law and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed and said estate distributed.
