ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND FOR DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Douglas Harold Lundy deceased, that there has been produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Douglas Harold Lundy, deceased, with a petition praying for the probate of said will, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Deanna White, Randy Lundy and Steve Lundy and that the identities of all heirs, devisees, and legatees be determined.

Notice is also given that the 19^th day of February, 2013 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock, A.M., has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition in Room V of the District Court, Rogers County Courthouse in Claremore, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
