THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:  ROSSEAU MORTGAGE CORPORATION and EMPIRE FUNDING CORPORATION, if in legal existence, and if not, its Unknown Officers or Successors

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by US Bank, National Association as successor trustee to State Bank and Trust Company as Trustee for the benefit of Bear Stearns Structured Securities, Inc., Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 1997-2, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before February 28, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit: 

The N/2 of NE/4 of NE/4 of NE/4 of Section 17, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof

for the sum of $34,084.54, with 11.5% interest per annum thereon, or as adjusted by the Note and Mortgage, from the 1st day of December, 2011, until paid; NSF fees in the sum of $125.00; late charges, if any; Escrow Advances, if any; Corporate Advances if any; said abstract and title expense; the further sum of a reasonable attorney's fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
